Since working with Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, Axil has introduced new internal and external bins, with clear, colour-coded signage to promote and enhance waste segregation.

After a review found non-compatible waste streams were being mixed, Axil’s HazPod™ was introduced (a UN-approved specialist waste container), along with red bags for solid hazardous waste.

Axil works in partnership with Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division to consistently review innovations and drive costs out. Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division were pro-active and collaborative in their journey to improve waste segregation, and now boast a hazardous waste storage facility with an improved and compliant layout.
