Our Contract Managers manage a maximum of five key accounts to ensure your business gets the support it needs.
Throughout your partnership with Axil, your Contract Manager is your main point of contact.
Their role is to increase recycling, reduce waste costs and identify innovations and active management of suppliers.
From the very start, your manager will be in regular contact as we establish your new waste management service. They will attend your sites regularly to deliver and manage your service compliantly and ensure complete satisfaction.

Your Contract Manager will ensure reporting is developed to suit your requirements.
We believe that management information relating to service performance, waste stream analysis and recycling are essential elements of our contract management function.
Your Contract Manager will be responsible for driving improvement projects and will work with you to set goals and agree on actions. Progress is reported monthly and tracked against within your initiatives register.
