Total Waste Management
Experts in chemical waste disposal
Because of the nature of chemical waste, chemical waste disposal often requires special means to dispose of it, which often makes disposal expensive. We help our customers to present their chemical waste in the best way possible to ensure it can be disposed of in the most cost effective, compliant and sustainable manner.
What is Chemical Waste?
Chemical waste should be handled, managed, and disposed of by a specialist company. Proper chemical waste disposal is essential to avoid multiple problems that can arise if not managed compliantly. Chemical Waste Risk management
1. Full market access
Axil has access to the full UK domestic hazardous waste market which allows us to utilise multiple disposal outlets for all waste streams, thus ensuring that there is always an outlet available for our customer’s waste.
2. Tanker availability
Axil does not operate a fleet of Tankers, however by utilising the whole of the UK market we work with a selection of approved hauliers which reduces risk of extended lead times if a supplier is not able to facilitate a collection ensuring there is always a tanker available.
3. Dedicated Contract Management
Your dedicated Axil Contract Manager will be available and flexible to resolve any issues and ensure all collections take place in a timely manner.

Typical routes for chemical waste are incineration, treatment, recovery, and re-use where possible.
The better the waste is presented, the more likely the waste can be re-used or recovered, leading to lower costs and potentially attracting a rebate for waste materials.
