Working in partnership with Epwin, we have achieved year-on-year increases in recycling and generated significant annual rebates.
A key achievement since partnering with Axil, is a 40% recycling increase across the Epwin estate for all types of waste.

Management information that matters
Axil manages all logistics for each Epwin waste stream and provides detailed management information through a dedicated Customer Portal.
Our portal delivers sustainability data through simple reporting parameters. However, data without action is meaningless.
Axil works with Epwin to interpret their data and agree objectives to reduce costs and improve environmental performance.
THE SOLUTION
Circular approach
Axil operates a closed-loop recycling service whereby waste and scrap uPVC components, such as frames and off-cuts are segregated for recycling. These items are granulated and then returned to Epwin for use in their manufacturing process.
Epwin receives all of its granulated products and is able to resell various grades into its supply chain. In total, they have recycled 2000 tonnes of waste uPVC components after they are collected and granulated each year.
