Our offering
The Waste Academy Course is designed to support business environmental, carbon and sustainability goals. It does this by ensuring all managers and supervisors that influences waste management activities and teams, are equipped with knowledge and skills to manage risk, embed best practice, ensure legal compliance and drive innovation and improvements. Courses are delivered by our subject matter expert with over 25 years industry experience.
Courses include the full CIWM Waste Smart content leading to a CIWM Certificate upon successful completion of a multiple-choice test paper.

“It is our policy to seek continual improvement throughout our business operations to lessen our impact on the local and global environment by conserving energy, water and other natural resources, reducing waste generation and promoting recycling where possible.
To accomplish this, we have implemented an Environmental and Sustainability working group which is run by associates on site. To assist the associates and to give them better understanding we invited AXIL to site to deliver a waste & resource management training day. The training covered the following areas of waste hierarchy, waste management best practice, responsibilities as a producer of waste plus current/future policy and legislation.
