Management Of Waste Contractors
All our subcontractors undergo an audit procedure and we will only appoint waste contractors that are competent to undertake the work. We carry out a detailed duty of care visit to obtain evidence of compliance, procedures for health and safety and confirm competency.
We believe in working in partnership with our subcontractors and we have a joint responsibility to deliver the required levels of service in a time and cost-effective manner. We only work with tried and trusted waste control partners, who have been fully vetted and sign up to our work ethics.
Waste Monitoring and Waste Control
Axil encourages SLAs and KPIs to be agreed between ourselves and the customer. These are used to describe the required service delivery as well as how the service will be managed.
We undertake constant comparison of the waste market studying new disposal points and potential suppliers. We will compare our preferred suppliers against other compliant suppliers periodically to ensure that our customer is achieving the best market value.
