Paul brings 20+ years’ Board-level experience to drive strategic growth, deliver M&A expertise, and build scalable financial frameworks. As Executive Board member and Company Secretary, he ensures finance is a strategic enabler for the business, supporting long-term success and sustainable growth.

Operations Director
With military training and over 15+ years' experience in logistics, fresh produce management, and waste operations, he holds certifications including International CPC, IOSH, and CIWM. Strong leadership, project management skills, and commitment to environmental preservation in waste management. Mark enjoys holidays, socialising, swimming, cycling, and the gym, sometimes topped off with a visit to a traditional pub!
