Ed enjoys British culture, travel, cricket, rugby, and dabbles in beekeeping and dog training. 

Phil brings expertise in hazardous waste management and technical compliance to Axil, with a strong focus on systems and safety leadership. His strategic approach and proficiency in data-driven waste solutions drive continuous improvement and ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory standards, reinforcing Axil’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.

Tom brings over 21 years of experience in the environmental and resource recovery sector, having held senior roles across waste management, outsourced services, and battery recycling. His deep industry knowledge and commercial insight strengthen Axil’s drive for innovation and sustainable solutions.

Paul brings 20+ years’ Board-level experience to drive strategic growth, deliver M&A expertise, and build scalable financial frameworks. As Executive Board member and Company Secretary, he ensures finance is a strategic enabler for the business, supporting long-term success and sustainable growth. 

With military training and over 15+ years’ experience in logistics, fresh produce management, and waste operations, he holds certifications including International CPC, IOSH, and CIWM. Strong leadership, project management skills, and commitment to environmental preservation in waste management. Mark enjoys holidays, socialising, swimming, cycling, and the gym, sometimes topped off with a visit to a traditional pub!   

With over 20 years of expertise, Grace Oldham excels in total waste management, contract negotiation, sales leadership, and driving commercial efficiencies. Her strategic insights and leadership have driven remarkable growth at Axil over the past six years. 

Faye, a Chartered Marketer, brings a sales-focused perspective to marketing, specialising in MarTech, Business Strategy, and Customer Experience. Faye has degrees in Broadcast Journalism and in Marketing and her background spans waste, construction, and manufacturing. She has developed a model that delivers impressive ROI and her focus on performance marketing has helped Axil deliver ambitious growth.
