My key responsibilities are to support the service delivery team wherever I can. I work alongside suppliers to ensure all customer accounts run smoothly and meet the customers’ needs.
I coordinate the service delivery team and ensure booking are on the system correctly to speed up the invoicing process.
- Day to day I receive emails from customers and create orders on our internal system, ENWIS. I am continuously communicating with suppliers and customers throughout the day.
- Throughout the week I am often chasing orders that have been made on previous days if we haven’t had a response.
I work alongside the invoicing and accounts departments here at Axil – we all need each other to make our jobs doable.
I enjoy dealing with customers and being the first point of contact for Axil.
