Ask questions, everyone is so helpful, don’t be shy and try and work things out without asking!! Create relationships with your colleagues, go to the offices and see people, and ring people. It makes life so much easier to have go-to “buddies”. Be prepared to learn on your feet, the company is making such progress on new business etc, that things change all the time, literally every day something else comes on board or happens.
