The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Manager to join our expanding Marketing Team within our relaxed and friendly office in Corby.
Job Purpose
- To support the Director of Marketing Operations to lead the development of the Axil brand and drive forward a marketing strategy to increase new business and help retain existing business.
- Build close working relationships with the commercial and contract management team to build short-, medium- and long-term customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver objectives in line with Axil’s marketing strategy
- Coordinate PR to increase awareness of Axil to relevant audiences
- Take lead responsibility for the creation of content
- Develop and support and lead marketing initiatives across business to enhance the customer experience and drive deeper engagement with Axil brand
- Assist with outbound email campaigns and lead monitoring
- Content creation & supporting social strategy
- Monitoring campaign results against targets and making recommendations
- Marketing and Sales reporting (via Hubspot CRM)
- Review competitors and conduct market research as required
- Manage specific ad-hoc projects and duties as per business requirements
